Ryde The MidNyteI'd pick this same butt plug over and over. It fits the body well, and feels good whether it's being inserted, kept in place, or removed. Every bit of it is worth the hype, except for the high maintenance on caring for it. But if you can look past that, this toy is for you!
Silicone, Great Packaging, Ergonomically Shaped
Silicone Attracts Particles, Cannot use Silicone Based Lubes
I needed a new butt plug. The one I have is silicone, but it's just not as big as this one, and I wanted to expand. I used to have one just like this a long time ago, so I knew exactly how well it fits my body already, which is a plus. If only I hadnt sold mine. But it's alright, I'd rather start with a new one anyway. The other one, had, er...memories. This is really supposed to be for anal use, but if you want to designate it for vaginal, do not use it for both. ONLY use it anally, or vaginally. Do not go back and forth on any notion whatsoever. Simply do NOT.
Silicone is a great texture, and best of all especially for anal toys, since it will not harbour bacteria and is always silky smooth. It doesn't harbour a smell, after use or fresh out of the box, is smooth to the touch like a sort of plastic, and remains virtually tasteless. This isn't a realistic looking toy, but remains ergonomically fitted for comfort inside the body, whether the consumer/user is male or female, or even both. The texture is very comfortable and feels good inserted and left inside, and also while being removed. It is firm but silky, especially with the right water-based lube, such as J.O. or Sliquid. This is best for advanced users, but when I was a beginner to anal play I used one, and I am glad I did.
Tantus has always done a great job on designing sex toys that are good for the body and soul. It always works for me, this plug. It's probably one of my top favourites. If I had to only have one butt plug in the world, it would be this one. It readies your body and stretches you in all the right ways, not the wrong ones, and feels good during, before and after. It's very ergonomic, and makes anal sex afterwards much easier, more comfortable, and sexy. The size is perfect for me, at a good length and width that is great for most bodies. 4 1/4 inches long and with 1 1/2 inches of diameter, this is a good fit for beginners, average users, and advanced users alike. It's not really realistic, but definitely ergonomic and made of a good material.
I think this butt plug is awesome, honestly. Why? Because it is. No questions asked. Its base does not have a suction cup on the bottom, but if you leave it sitting up on the edge of the bathtub after cleaning/use, or the porcelain/metal of your sink, it'll stay put for a bit.
Keep this toy in either its original packaging or a plastic casing like a ziploc bag or soap holder big enough to fit it. I don't recommend pouches for glass toys, these will coat the susceptible silicone toy in dust and lint alike. It's not easy to care for in that regard, but it doesnt harbour bacteria, so after use wash it with anti-bacterial toy cleanser or anti-bacterial hand soap and then leave it to air dry. Dont use a rag or towel to dry it, this will coat it in particles. If you must dry it, pat it dry with a paper towel if you can. Store it at room temperature in a compartment that is clean and will keep it from attracting particles. Plastic bags tend to stick to this material like a magnet, but if you can gently get it into the bag, please do. That's the easiest way to keep it stored and clean while storing and not in use. Dont, under any circumstances, use silicone-based lubes on this toy. Used water-based lubricants only. I tried silicone lube once, because it feels so good anally and stays put, and it literally started to "rot" my old butt plug (the original I had years ago). I will not use it on this one. I learned by experimenting, but I'm glad I learned that way that what people told me in their reviews was true. It's not bogus. Seriously, don't use silicone based lube on this plug, or anything silicone that you own.
It comes in a clam shell casing inside of a plastic box. It's a nice packaging, pretty in the stores and in the pictures, and is also functional as storage if it has to be used that way. No user's instructions are included, but this makes good storage and it looks great when you give this as a gift.
