Use

Moon Shine is a beautifully crafted anal plug that is great for extended wear, to wear during intercourse, and for temperature play. This was my first glass plug, and even though I was intimidated by its size at first, it gave me something to work towards. After two or three sessions, I finally got it in completely, and it was wonderful. For beginners, I would suggest something smaller for extended wear, but for regular butt plug wearers, this can be the perfect plug for you.

Material / Texture

Moon Shine is made of safe, durable Pyrex glass. It is hypo-allergenic, latex free, nonporous, and phthalates free. It's very smooth and rigid, and weighs in at a hefty 7 ounces. The color swirls have a slightly raised texture, but this is too delicate to be felt during use.

Design / Shape / Size

This toy is made of clear glass with a swirled color pattern on the head. The tip is crimson, blending down to amber along the head. Because of the coloration, it looks very discreet! It has a mushroom top tip with a slimmer neck and flared base. The base is the perfect size - not so large that it could be bothersome for extended wear - with no chance of it slipping in.

Performance

This is a great toy for anal play, as the hardness of the glass gives a nice, full feeling. I like to use either a silicone or hybrid water/silicone lubricant with this toy because usually you can use less, and it stays slick.

Care and Maintenance

One of the things I love most about glass is how easy it is to clean. Moon Shine can be sterilized by being boiled or just by using soap and warm water, followed by cleaning it with alcohol. Glass toys can also be used with all types of lubricant!

Packaging

Moon Shine comes with a red velvet, drawstring, storage pouch. I was very pleased since many toys don't come with any type of discreet storage options. The pouch would have been better if it were padded, but I still appreciate it.

I love my Moon Shine -- it is my go to glass plug. Although I have tried some smaller and larger plugs, this one is my favorite in terms of size. Moon Shine is comfortable for longer wear, and the shape makes it easy to insert. I feel like Goldilocks, I've found the plug that's not too bog or small, it's just the perfect size for me.
