Icicles No. 14 is a butt plug from Pipedream's new line of Pyrex toys. When I first saw the No. 14, I couldn't help but think of the clear plastic pacifiers that were popular as necklace charms while I was growing up.
The plug has a pacifier design with a bulbous head and ring handle. The toy's overall curve and large handle make it easier to manipulate. This toy is quite large, bigger than Njoy's largest Pure plug with 6" overall length, 4" insertable, and 1 5/8" diameter. If you are a less experienced anal user, you will probably want to warm up to this toy with smaller ones. The tapered tip is not too pointy to be uncomfortable but not too blunt to make insertion difficult. I would not recommend this toy for extended wear due to its large handle. The No. 14 is also designed to be used for p-spot stimulation.
The No. 14 is made of 100% Pyrex glass, so it has a nice heft to it. I love Pyrex because it is smooth, safe, and easy to care for. It's also completely odorless! I also noticed that there is less of a need for lube with Pyrex due to its extremely sleek texture. Pyrex is also nonporous and very resistant to breakage. Do be careful though, because it is so completely non-flexible you should use it gently on/in your body.
Simply clean it with soap and warm water. The silkiness of the Pyrex feels great against the skin and doesn't require too much lube. Use water, silicone, or oil-based lubricants. The physical character of Pyrex allows for temperature play. Cool it down with some ice water or heat it up with some body heat. Just be careful not to heat it or cool it too much!
The No. 14 comes in a sleek black and white box that I would not recommend for continued storage. I like to keep glass toys wrapped in a soft material or pouch.

Experience
I had been wanting to try both a glass and a pacifier-shaped anal toy, so I was thrilled to get the opportunity to try both at once. I was a disappointed to discover that the No. 14 was a little large for me to handle. The girth of the toy is even more pronounced because Pyrex is so hard and not malleable in any way. However, if you are relaxed enough it it will feel intense and great being inserted and removed. The girth also allows for it to stay in easily without slipping out. I also found it quite pleasurable in vaginal penetration as the bulbous head can also be used for g-spot stimulation.

How did you find the handle worked for targeting the plug at the prostate or G-spot (if you/your partner tried it out that way)?
No. 14 worked well for g-spot mostly because of its girthy head and slight curve. The large ring handle made it easy to grasp but not the best for micro-manipulation. Plus, it makes extended use pretty tricky. I read your review ScottA and noticed you encountered similar issues.
