The artisan glass bulb is my first anal toy. I've done anal play before, mostly in the shower, but a little in bed with a whole bunch of lube. I was excited to get the toy, and so when the box arrived I opened it immediately. I didn't even wait for my partner to get home. The box is a good bit bigger than the toy, and it has a photo of a couple in a funny color of green. The toy was wrapped in bubble wrap. It has an elegant shape and is perfectly smooth. The benefit of a hand blown piece is that the plug has no seams.

I tried using the toy first as a dildo. It sits nicely and is very smooth, but it doesn't do much for stimulation. The girth is nice when inserted and pulled out, but its length is not sufficient for good stimulation. Luckily, this is not the intended purpose of the toy.

I decided to try the toy anally, but without a partner I was not able to get a comfortable angle for insertion. Once my partner got a hold of it I liked it more and more. He went very slowly, massaging my outer sphincter. We got to the point of almost the whole bulb inserted before my inner sphincter kicked in. I just wasn't ready to get the whole thing in.
