TitanMen master tool 1 - butt plug by Doc Johnson - review by jroho

I recently purchased the TitanMen Master Tool 1 because I was looking for something larger than what I already had for p-spot stimulation and anal play. I opted to try this particular toy due to its low cost combined with its favorable reviews (read them all, they're very good). And, because of its affordability, the Master Tool 1 is a good way to find out if a larger toy is right for you.

The Master Tool 1 is one in a series of tools from Doc Johnson designed for anal use by men. Basically, it is a large curved butt plug. It is 1-5/8” in diameter at its widest point, so it should be used by those with some previous anal experience.

The toy comes packaged in a plastic case. There's a small brochure inside that details other TitanMen tools. It also comes with a tiny sample packet of lube.

The first thing I noticed about the Master Tool was its weight. It has a nice heavy feel to it. This isn't a lightweight toy. It is composed of Sil-A-Gel, a silicone-like plastic material which is compatible with all lubricants. It has strong odor that, while not unpleasant, can be minimized by washing with soap and water before use. The plug is made of two distinct materials - a soft, spongey-like material that's held in place by a firmer plastic shell that fits around it. The shell itself has two distinct textures. At the top, it's slick and pliable, but it changes in the middle to a stiffer texture. This creates a ridge which can be challenging to insert and additional lube will probably be required. It also doesn't help that this is its widest point. More practice with this toy will probably minimize this issue. After successfully making it past this point, the toy easily fits into place. One of the nicest things about the Master Tool 1 is the wide stem that still stretches you out while it stays place. The curve in the Master Tool is designed for prostate stimulation and its wide head should have no problem finding its target.

While it is similar to silicone, the Sil-A-Gel material is not nonporous and shouldn't be shared unless condoms are used. Clean-up can be done with soap and water. I also use anti-bacterial wipes to clean it after use.

Overall, it is a better than the average toy. Experienced users may not need one in their collection, but those who want to move up from a beginner toy may find this tool very useful.

I had to warm up before using this large tool. Luckily, I already had the TitanMen Training Tool 1, which is just a smaller version of the Master Tool 1. Once I was relaxed and stretched out with the smaller tool I was ready to try out my new toy. While laying on my back I was able to easily slide in the top part. However, I immediately encountered resistance at the point where the tool widens and the Sil-a-Gel material becomes firmer. With a little patience, and more lube, I successfully inserted the entire toy. Because it's nice and heavy, I definitely felt its presence. I also felt pressure on my prostate. By flexing my PC muscles, I was able to enjoy this toy hands free while masturbating to orgasm. My first use was only a partial success. I need more practice to attain that ever-elusive p-spot orgasm. This toy may make it possible, but only time will tell.

I liked this toy for many reasons, such as its generous size and weight. However, there are just too many better products out there that I like much better, such as glass or true silicone toys. Also, I still don't like the rubber odor or how the material switches textures at its middle. The price is low and I did get some use out of it, but I'm probably not going to use it again.
