Obviously this is best used anally, but I don't see why it couldn't be used vaginally, it'd stimulate the g-spot quite nicely. The toy is long enough to use as a short dildo, this is great as you don't need any sort of warm up toy. The length of it is perfect and the width provides some great prostate stimulation. It's very comfortable and it'd be great to wear during intercourse, as long as the cord doesn't get in the way. It stays in perfectly, but it doesn't let you forget it's there.
