The Best Orgasm of My Life

Simply put, it's the right tool for the job. It's affordable, non-intimidating in its size, and stays right where it's supposed to. While the G-Play might not be the most versatile toy in its category, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to man who has always wondered what else is out there.

Pros

Use

In our experience as a couple, having used this toy for solo play as well as durring foreplay, role playing and intercourse, its best use is during solo play for prostate stimulation, but it's capable in every other aspect as well.

Perfect for hands-free stimulation for him, and capable of it for her, with a little help.

Material / Texture

The material is among the finest we have experienced, and is in fact unique from any other toy we've tried. The silicone is quite soft (bonus points for including a sample on the outside of the packaging) and is easy to clean. It goes in easily, accepts lube very well, but has just the tiniest bit of friction to help it stay put. Nexus couldn't have picked a better material for this toy.
    • No odor
    • Not porous at all
    • Rigid

Design / Shape / Size

For a P/G spot stimulator, design is everything, and for us the G-Play was 1-for-2. For my wife, it was sadly 'just another vibrator', which is to say it worked well, but didn't take her to places she hasn't been many times before. It's worth noting however that her g-spot is quite a bit lower than most, and so our hopes were not high for this toy for her. Your mileage may vary.

For me, the shape and size seemed to be nearly perfect. It went in easy, without pain, and felt great inside me. A simple 'clinch' and it put the pressure right where it needed to be, and did so very well. This was my first p-spot stimulator so I do not have a frame of comparison; perhaps some do not require clinching and perhaps that sense of fullness larger toys gives is something this falls short on, I simply do not know.

In terms of me being able to provide intense, focused pressure to my p-spot at will, the design was 'spot-on' so to speak.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy delivers vibrations throughout, though it rightly tries to focus them at the tip, and does a fair job at this. The controls are quite easy to use, even when it's in use, but they do leave you wanting for some variety. Though the vibrations are ample, this toy simply provides on/off functionality, so no roller coasters or gentle setting. It is very quiet, especially when in use. The person next to you in bed will hear it, but the person in the next room doesn't stand a chance. This toy is not advertised on the packaging as being waterproof and does not appear to be, so no tub or shower play was attempted (I love it too much to risk its life in the shower). The battery has held up to 3 sessions now, 2 of which were extended.
    • Discreet sound
    • Easy to use
    • Not enough variety

Care and Maintenance

This toy is extremely easy to clean, if in a way that Nexus does not advertise. At first, I had a hard time trying to clean it without getting water in the battery compartment. I then noticed however that the 'core', including the battery compartment and the electrical components, slides out from the silicone housing quite easily. Is this by design or did I 'break' it by parting the two halves? Unfortunately as there were no care or cleaning instructions provided (other than very generic ones on the outside of the packaging) I can not say whether this method is recommended or advisable. What I can say is it allows me to do a very thorough job without fear for the electrical components and does not seem to have altered its performance in any way.

Bottom line: easy to clean with a hack, but somewhat difficult if you leave the toy intact.
    • Easy to clean
    • Hard to clean

Packaging

The packaging was quite attractive, and included a window to view the toy itself, a small sample of the material on the outside, and some generic care and use instructions on the back. No additional information was provided in the box, which I would have hoped to see, as proper care for something of this nature is crucial, and this is a toy that is suited for beginners. The packaging was also unsealed, which I found unnerving, but considering my faith in Eden, I gave it a good cleaning and moved on.

Personal comments

I had experimented with anal play for years, but never tried something specifically designed for p-spot stimulation. The difference is night and day. If you're into anal, or thinking about it, do yourself a favor and get the right tool for the job. If you're on the fence, consider this as an excellent and affordable entry into the Nexus line of toys.

Experience

First and foremost, we were looking for something that could provide effective hands-free prostate stimulation for me. All of my wife's toys worked ok, but required manual intervention (which is distracting for us) and the butt plugs we've tried just didn't hit the right spot. For hands-free prostate play, the G-Play shines without a doubt.

Our first night with the G-Play got combined with a d/s scene, in which she was bound in a Japanese Pearl tie (tip of the hat to Two Knotty Boys), blindfolded and was being paddled with a thong on. In between paddling sessions I would insert the G-Play into her, beneath the thong to keep it in, and leave her alone for a few moments (right outside the door, in case she became distressed). Left with nothing but her Kegels and her thoughts, she found the G-Play quite rewarding. When the scene was over, I cleaned it off and we began having sex with it inside me. The stimulation was ample, and enhancing, but didn't really shoot me to the moon. I left it in after we finished though and discovered how much 'clinching' enhanced the pressure on my p-spot. I could have easily climaxed again, but I wanted to wait and give this little guy a proper first session.

The next night my wife played with it and enjoyed it, but ultimately deemed it no better than her other vibrators and opted for her Hitachi Magic Wand to finish things up. I think it's safe to say that other than walking around the house with it in, she'll not be using it again.

Two nights later she was beat, and wanting to give it a proper initiation, I kissed her goodnight, grabbed a bottle of Liquid Silk and went to another room. After a few minutes of touching myself and a proper massage of my anus I put a little lube on and slipped it in quite easily. Consistent, steady clinching put the pressure right where it belonged and shortly thereafter I was on the verge of orgasm with almost no stimulation to my penis (gentle brushing, at most). Where this was different than anything I have ever experienced was that I stayed right there on the edge for a good 2-3 minutes. A little increased stimulation on my penis and I hit orgasm, which is usually focused on my cock only, but this time shook me from head to toe, and kept me shaking for at least 60 seconds. Finally I peaked, and released, and again unlike anything I have experienced, I came down very slowly. The release (or what I have crudely dubbed aftergasm) was another 60+ seconds of pure delight. Ordinarily my orgasms are 10-15 seconds and very localized. With the G-Play it was 4-5 minutes of full-body delight.

To say I can't wait to use it again (and again) would be an understatement.
