The Big End is Doc Johnson's medium-sized anal plug. The best way to use this plug is, obviously, anally. And I wouldn't recommend using it any other way. It can be used during masturbation or sex with a partner to increase stimulation and give an increased feeling of fullness (which both he and I loved!). It can also be worn under your clothes throughout the day to give you that wonderful full feeling or to prepare you for anal play. One of the great things about this silicone anal plug is that you can pretty much wear it anywhere and everywhere you want!

The Big End is made of body-safe silicone, so it is non-porous and phthalates-free. It can even be boiled to sanitize, which makes me very happy considering where this little (or big) thing spends much of its time. The Big End has a smooth exterior, which makes it easy to slide in (with lots of lube!), and it is very flexible at the base - a bonus if you're considering long-term wear.

The Big End is only 5/8” in diameter at the tip, and tapers to about 1 3/4” at the widest part of the bulb. That may seem large for an anal toy, but the Big End's tapered tip allows for smooth, easy insertion. So although The Big End is large, it builds gradually in size until it reaches the neck, which makes it rather easy to insert all 4 3/4 inches of the plug. Once The Big End is in place, it stays in place pretty well. Although I do think this plug would be more comfortable if the neck was a little bit longer, the neck is much thinner than the largest part of the bulb, which keeps The Big End from slipping out during use. The base of the Big End is large enough ease my mind that there is no way this toy is going to get lost in my rectum.

I have worn this plug a few times, both during sex and masturbation. I find it to be very comfortable and, for the most part, secure. Although I do have to say that during the more intense sex, The Big End seemed like it would have come out a few times if my partner hadn't been holding it in. When it did stay in, it gave me a VERY intense orgasm! This plug is also great for masturbation. I love the feeling of fullness it adds to my experiences. It seems to stay in place better during masturbation, but perhaps I'm not as hard on myself as my partner is!

This toy is super easy to clean. It can be washed with warm water and antibacterial soap or wiped down with a disenfectant toy cleaner, which is what I usually do. But if you want to go the extra mile every now and then, this toy is diswasher safe (top rack only) and can also be boiled for three minutes to completely sanitize. Because this toy is silicone, it has a tentedency to attract dust and lint if it isn't stored in an air-tight container, so rinse it before use. Also, make sure you use water-based lube with this toy, as silicone-based lube could break down the silicone of the toy, making it unsafe.
