The Encore is a fantastic beginner anal probe designed with stimulation in mind. It comes in a couple great colors, has a large flared base for safety and is made of a high quality silicone. I would highly recommend this toy to anyone looking to get into anal play.

Use

The Encore is a great little 6 inch silicone anal plug designed for solo or couples use. It resembles a combination probe and anal beads, though works best as a probe. Its dimensions make it ideal for beginner use, as its largest diameter is only 1.25 inches. It's travel friendly size makes it wonderful for hiding away in a backpack or suitcase too.

Material / Texture

The Encore is made of Silicone, making it safe to use with water based lubes, and as a great candidate for use with temperature play. This toy has a satin like texture to it, not unlike that of some Tantus toys, though I would say the silicone quality isn't quite as nice as those by Tantus.

The Encore has no small or taste. This is a great added plus, as some other materials have a very distracting smell right out of the box.

Design / Shape / Size

The Encore is a bulbous probe intended for anal penetration. It has a large flared base making it safe for anal use, and three knobs or bulbs for anal stimulation, or as a warm up toy, easily dilating the anus to a larger size each time, starting at .75 inches and up to 1.25 inches, with a neck diameter of 7/8 inch.

It is quite comfortable for me, an experienced anal player, but a great size for my wife who is just getting into anal play and sex, but is too tight for the real thing.

Performance

This is a great toy. It is fun for thrusting, staying in place as a plug, or as an intro to anal play. Its base is easy to hold on to while inserting. Its neck and bulbs aren't too abrupt, making for an easy pull out.

I don't think this is harness compatible; but, we may try it. Stay tuned for a follow up review.

Care and Maintenance

Since the Encore is a silicone toy, you must not use silicone based lubes with it. I always use water based lubes with my toys; it's safe and easy to clean up.

To clean the Encore, I used warm soapy water after each use, and once a week wash it with my other silicone toys on the top rack of my dishwasher with no soap, just hot water to sterilize.

Since it is small and lightweight, it is quite easy to store and travel with. I keep it in a cool dark place, away from touching other silicone toys.

	Selective Sensualist (verified) Nice review! This reminds me of my small Tantus Ripple. I am a complete newbie to anal play and the small Ripple is the largest thing I can take right now. The Encore looks to be the same size. @Thanks JR (Mr. Sauce) for the clarification on the safety of storing silicone with silicone.
