The p-wand prostate massager by Doc Johnson - review by Wildchild

The P-wand prostate massager was the first prostate marketed toy I ever tried. I have used different toys in the past to stimulate my prostrate. With that being said, this product was a big letdown for me. I need to let you know that we have tried using this massager six times in the past two weeks with the same results.

This massager would be perfect for the person who has never experienced p-spot play. For a person that enjoys p-spot play, you might want to pass on this one. I also feel this is one of those toys that can be enjoyed solo or with a partner. It's very travel friendly and can be used anywhere.

The P-wand massager is made from silicone. Silicone is a smooth non-porous material with a material safety rating of 10. This toy is compatible with water based lubricants. Remember, silicone toys are not compatible with silicone lubricants. Clean up with this silicone toy can be accomplished by placing the toy in boiling water for three minutes, or by placing it in the top rack of the dishwasher. If you choose the dishwasher option, make sure to remove it before the in-laws come to visit. This silicone massager can be used for temp play. Simply soak it in warm water and enjoy. The silicone will keep the heat.


A bent letter “J” is the best way to describe the shape of the P-wand prostate massager made by Doc Johnson. With the silicone design, this p-spot massager is ultra-flexible; a little too flexible in my opinion. This massager comes in two colors; black and beige. The length is 10”, insertable length of 5” circumference 3” diameter of 1” and weight of just 0.2 lbs.

The way that I can describe how this massager works is; the curve touches the prostate, and the "base" touches the perineum area. The perineum is the area between your testicles and your anus. Unfortunately there are no bells and whistles with this p-spot massager. I have always liked vibrations and pulsations, this toy has neither.

I didn't like the P-Wand prostate massager when I tested it out and well I still don't like it now. Surprise suprise.
