B-bomb - vibrating anal plug discontinued by Tantus - review by Taylor

The B-bomb by Tantus is a medium sized anal plug. It comes with a small vibrating bullet to provide some optional vibrations.

The toy was designed for anal use and that will definitely be it's best purpose. It will work for both men and women, but those who are new to anal toys may want to warm themselves up with fingers or a smaller toy before using this one. Just be careful inserting it and go slowly with it to avoid any possible injury.

We didn't find that this toy worked very well during sex because it kept coming out, so for us the B-bomb is best used as foreplay, but everyone's experience may be different. We mostly use it as a couple, but it can also be used solo as well and can be very versatile that way as well.

The B-bomb is made out of silicone which rates as a 10 on Edenfantasys material safety scale. The silicone of the B-bomb is dark purple with some subtle swirls in it and really is a pretty color. The is no added texture to the material and it is very smooth and shouldn't feel abrasive as long as lubricant is used when inserting the toy.

The included bullet is made of shiny silver plastic. When inserted into the toy it won't come into contact with the body, but it can be used on its own as well.

The shape is one that looked very appealing to me when I bought it, but did not turn out to be the most functional for me. The tip is pointy with round body, a smaller neck and a flared base. At its widest point it is 1.25" in diameter. This was about the right size for me, but it just was not the right shape. But being my first plug I did not really know what kind of shape would work best. It is easy to insert due to its gradual increase in size, but it also comes out a little to easily and caused a little bit of frustration for us because of that.

I think the size works best for beginner to intermediate users. it certainly did not feel like a small toy to me, but it did not feel so big that I couldn't use it. It seemed like the perfect size for my first anal toy.

It is not a discreet toy, and is pretty obviously a sex toy from looking at it. Fortunately since it is a pretty small toy at only 3" long it is pretty easy to hide if needed.

There isn't too much in the way of controls on the B-bomb. The bullet has a single button that you push to turn on. It has 3 speeds and then you simply push the button again to turn it off. So it's pretty simple to change the settings, even when it is inserted.

The toy is not waterproof, and I wouldn't recommend using it in the water unless you take the bullet out first.

The vibrations felt fairly strong, the bullet felt like a pretty standard one and wasn't an exceptionally strong one so I rated it at a 3/5 for power. You could always replace the bullet with a stronger one if desired however. It is about average as far as noise goes as well, it's not so noisy that the sound couldn't be drowned out with some music or something, but if you need a very quiet toy, this one may not be the right one for you.

The B-bomb is made from silicone so it is completely sterilizable. You can wash it in antibacterial soap and water, in a bleach solution, or take the bullet out and boil the silicone to kill any remaining bacteria on it.

It is a good idea to find some sort of place to store your plug because the silicone is a lint magnet.

The B-bomb should be used with water-based lubricants because silicone based lubes can damage toys made of silicone.

The B-bomb was my first experience with anal toys and the first plug I ever tried. I wanted to try one that vibrated and I knew I wanted it to be a safe material.

I'm a little bit dissapointed in this toy, because I have a hard time keeping it inside of me during play since I tend to "push out" a little bit, especially when I am close to an orgasm. With other plugs I have tried I haven't had this trouble, but my B-bomb tends to fall out. Because of this, I tend to get a little distracted when using my B-bomb and focus more on not pushing the toy out than I do on enjoying myself.

I do think this toy could work for a lot of people, and it really does feel nice, but it's just too frustrating to use because it won't stay put.
