The Love Pacifier X-10 Beads by California Exotics are marketed as a set of silicone anal beads. The Love Pacifier Beads actually seems to more of a hybrid of anal beads and a butt plug, as they are shorter than your average set of anal beads, but are a triple beaded version of the Love Pacifier butt plug. I personally would classify these as an anal probe. They are intended to be inserted in the anus for stimulation and pleasure during play, the beads feature a tapered tip for easy insertion. You could use these vaginally if you wished, just make sure you clean them properly before hand, so you don't introduce any bacteria from your rectum into your sensitive girl bits. While you could use these beads by yourself during masturbation, I find toys like this more enjoyable to use with a partner and let them control the insertion and removal. They make a great warm up toy for anal sex. You could also leave them in place during vaginal intercourse for some dp stimulation. The Love Pacifier X-10 beads can be used by members of both sexes, they are angled for pleasure so men might find them pleasing for P-spot stimulation. As there are no motors or electrical parts these are 100% waterproof and can be played with on the bed, in the shower, the tub or anywhere you wish.

While the product page list the material of the Love Pacifer X-10 beads as TPR silicone, the packaging and the manufacture's website list them as being made from 100% silicone. I rather enjoy these and did not want to risk damaging them by preforming a flame test, but a fellow reviewer did and came to the conclusion that these are indeed silicone vs TPR silicone. Silicone rates a 10 on the Eden Fantasys' safety scale, as it is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, and phthalates free. Silicone can be fully disinfected, a great feature for a toy that you will be sticking in your ass, as is it disinfectable you can safely share between partners with proper cleaning. The silicone that the Love Pacifier Beads are made out of is a firm, yet flexible, glossy silicone. They do have the typical drag associated with silicone when you run them against your skin despite their almost glossy look. You are going to want to use lube with these, especially for anal play. Being that they are made from silicone you can only use water-based lube with these. They are smooth with no texture to the design. However, for those who are sensitive to seems on toys, the Love Pacifier Beads do have a noticeable seem running down the middle of the toy. You can definitely feel it with your fingers, I could not feel it during use, but some may be able to.

The Love Pacifier X-10 is equipped with three graduated beads. The beads have a tapered tip for easy insertion, I would best describe the shape of the beads as having a tear-drop shape to them. Overall the set is 6 inches in length, with about 4 inches of that being insertable. The first bead on the Pacifier is 3/4 of an inch long, it has a diameter of 3/4 of an inch at it's widest point. There is a 1/4 inch long neck between the first and second beads, the neck has a diameter of 1/4 inch. The second bead is about 1 inch long with a diameter of 1 inch. There is another 1/4 neck between the second and third beads. The third and largest bead is about 1 inch long with a diameter of 1.25 inches. After the third bead there is a neck that is about 1 inch long that connects to the handle of the beads. The handle is a 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch circular easy pull handle. It also acts as the flared base that prevents the toy from slipping up into the rectum.



The Pacifier is angled, you will notice that it curves up from the base. It is still flexible though, so you will get mild stimulation if you are intending to use this for P-spot or G-spot stimulation. As I do not have a P-spot I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the Pacifier for that particular purpose. For me the angle of the Pacifier is effective in partner play, as it is easy for my partner to manipulate them while the handle can be angled out of the way during intercourse.

I find these beads very easy to use and extremely pleasurable. The tapered tip on the beads and graduated design makes insertion easy, as does the firm yet flexible material. I say firm because they hold the curved shape well and do not need each bead to be held up for easy insertion, yet the silicone is still flexible and you can easily bend the necks between the beads for comfort. It is not rigid in any way. As a beginner to anal play myself, I will say that this is a good set for beginners to experiment with, they are not too large to be intimidating, and they are made from a body safe material. I do prefer to use these with my partner, as we both get a huge rush out of him probing my back door with the Pacifier. We can use these for foreplay and as added stimulation during intercourse. If we use these during intercourse we both get extra pleasure out of the Pacifier, I get the sensation of having them inserted and pulled back out, while he gets to feel the beads inside my adding to his experience.

The Love Pacifier X-10 Beads are made out of silicone, to clean these you could wash with warm water and antibacterial soap, you could use a toy cleaner, boil, soak in a 10% bleach solution, or run through the dishwasher. They are completely non-porous so they can be disinfected by boiling or soaking in the bleach solution, after that you could safely share between partners. Disinfecting is also recommended if you have used them anally and then wish to then use them for vaginal stimulation. As they are made from silicone you can only use water-based lube with the these, as silicone-based or oil-based lubes could melt the surface of the beads and ruin them. It is also recommended not to store them with other toys made from soft materials as they could melt together. I find that the box they came packaged in makes a great storage option and that is where mine hang out between uses.

California Exotics have packaged the Love Pacifier X-10 Beads in a clear plastic box pretty typical with other toys I have received from this company. The front of the box has some graphics and print with the name of the product and details of it's design and materials. The back of the box is pretty much a repeat of the front but adds that the toy can be cleaned with soap and water or boiled, also it list that it is dishwasher safe. Inside of the box the Pacifier sits in a plastic tray molded to its shape. The box is not discreet as it clearly shows off the product, but as I do not need to worry about discretion in my household, I have kept the box and use it to keep the Pacifier stored in between uses.

I have been very pleased with the Love Pacifier Beads, they are a product that I would highly recommend. I enjoy using these over a longer set of anal beads most times just because I find them easier to manipulate than longer chains, yet I still get a graduated, multi-bead experience that I would not get with just a plug. While I am the only one who gets to experience the pleasure of having these inserted, my partner is just not up for the P-spot or anal exploration yet, they have been a very welcome addition to our toy box.

I am fairly new to anal play and got these as as small probe/bead option along with the Ophoria A-chain. While the Pacifier beads are shorter than the A-chain, the beads are larger to start out with and not as flimsy as the A-chain.
