Triple Dip

These plugs are a great deal and I love that you get three of them- it can really help you see what you like and don't like. The tapered tips are great for easy insertion but the lack of necks make it difficult to seat them properly and they fall out quickly.

Use

This is a set of 3 butt plugs from NMC. They are made from body-safe silicone and geared toward beginners because of their small sizes, though a more advanced user could still enjoy them. They come in a fun assortment of colors: lavender, black and raspberry.

They are intended for anal use and that is the best use for them. They could be used vaginally but they are quite small so probably wouldn't be felt much unless your vagina is on the narrow side.

These are versatile plugs and can be used a variety of places. They have a big, flared base so you don't have to worry about it going too far in.

The flared base also acts as a suction cup, so you can stick it to walls, showers, countertop, chairs, etc.

These plugs are a little flexible but the silicone still makes them fairly rigid, which is good for insertion but keep that rigidity in mind when a plug is actually inside you. It could be uncomfortable.

Material / Texture

These plugs are made of silicone. They have a velvety and smooth texture. The silicone makes the plugs flexible enough to insert easily but not floppy, which is great. I have some plugs that are made of softer materials and inserting is VERY difficult. This is much better, slightly rigid but still flexible, and can be inserted with ease.

There is no real texture to these plugs. They are totally smooth, except for the faint seams that run down the center of each plug. On my set, the seam is most pronounced on the lavender plug.

They have no smell or taste.

They do have a fair amount of drag, which makes them collect a little bit of lint and hair. Storing them in satin toy bags or ziploc bags reduces this.
    • No odor
    • Not porous at all

Design / Shape / Size

The three plugs have very different shapes.

The lavender one is the longest of the three. It measures just over 4.5".

It has a tapered tip, which makes inserting very easy. It kind of has a teardrop shape, or like an elf hat. It has a round bulge at the base and no neck, which makes keeping this plug in for extended periods of time difficult.

The black plug is basically shaped like a banana on a base. It is right at 4" long.

This is the only plug in the set that has any sort of neck. Butt plugs are much more comfortable when there is a neck. This one has a pretty drastic curve that some users may find uncomfortable.

The hot pink one has a tapered tip for insertion and then three bulbs. It also measures right at 4" long.

I like the feeling of the bulbs popping in and out but unfortunately, this plug also has no neck. The lack of defined necks on these toys make it very hard to keep them in.

Performance

The size and variety of the plugs are great. It's nice to be able to order three high-quality plugs for such a good price. I love that they are all silicone. The suction cups are very strong and can stick to just about everything I have tried them on.

The worst part about these plugs are the lack of necks. It's very hard to get them to sit well without a neck. Also, without a neck, they tend to fall out.

Care and Maintenance

These plugs are silicone which means they can be washed with soap and water, toy cleaner, bleached, boiled, or even thrown in the dishwasher.

They are compatible with water and oil-based lubes, but not silicone because it will cause the plugs to start to break down.

Care should be taken to keep these away from soft (ie jelly) toys because they will react. I recommend a satin pouch or ziploc bag.

This also keeps hair and lint off the plugs.

Packaging

They came in a clear plastic bag marked Eden Fantasys and silicone beginner anal kit. It was sealed so I had to cut it open. There was no use for it after that.
Follow-up commentary
I've come to think of these as kind of hybrids between probes and plugs. The fact that they have little to no neck makes them more like probes and the shape, especially of the pink one, reminds me of a probe (Rombee specifically). I really like these plugs, they just do not want to stay in! You can do a little thrusting and play around with them like that though and their smaller size is consistent with plugs.
