I was so excited to see the little white box waiting for me when I arrived home. I couldn't wait to get going. I thought I would try this new toy out right away, up until I actually saw it.

My first thought was, small? I thought this was supposed to be small; it looked huge. I'm a complete anal amateur, and this flustered me a bit.

First, I was going to work up to this. I dug in my trusty toy box and came up with my first plug, the Crystal Cote Butt Plug , and started with that. As before, it was great going in but didn't take me too long to adjust to it, which is exactly why I decided to trade up.

So I looked at the Tulip butt plug again. Intimidating but doable. So I did; I tried. For about 30 minutes. I know I was wary; I know I was tense. And it wasn't enough. You can only have so much discomfort, and I didn't want to end up rushing things. So I gave up, for now.

Day two, I couldn't stop thinking about it all day. I knew it was there, waiting for me at home. I started off small again and, following the rules, lubed up. As they say, if you think you have enough lube, add more.

After the warm up, I proceeded to the main act. Slow and steady pressure was the trick. Sure, it hurt to start with. Why wouldn't it, especially for a first timer? The wide part was a bit much to begin with, but it more than served its purpose.

Now that I have had this for a while, I can definitely see moving to a larger size. It's amazing how fast our bodies adapt to new things. Maybe a motor would be nice too. I think my next toy will be longer and have a more graduated size. The ridge was fun, but fullness has a place too.
