Un-fun Tug

We had high hopes for this toy, thinking it might make it into our regular rotation of anal play/foreplay toys; however, the material's tugging internally during use and the fact it can't be sterilized have been massive detriments to this toy in our opinion. We also were unimpressed by it being a pain to figure out the correct way to insert the batteries.

Use

This toy seems like it could be used for G-Spot/P-Spot play or as a vibrating anal or vaginal dildo.

I really thought this toy might be a nice variation of a vibrating anal probe from our go to vibrating anal probe the Lelo Loki. With the more gradual shape with a slight bead structure and it being slightly curved seemed to make it ideal for this. I also was thinking that with the handle it would possibly be easier to control. It turns out this is far from the case, the toy is more bendy than the Loki, which makes insertion harder than expected. Due to this difficulty manipulating the toy due to its flexibility it also was harder to control.

Material / Texture

I was hesitant to try this toy, especially thinking of it for anal play as it's made of TPR, which is porous. This means that it is impossible to sterilize this toy, and even if it's possible to clean it... definitely shouldn't be used by any other partner or for anything other than anal after used. For safety, it would probably be recommended to use a toy cover or condom for insertion.

We didn't notice a smell with the toy; however, the toy material is in addition to having some squishiness to it also was rather grippy. Even with copious lube, this resulted in an unpleasant tugging feeling for my girlfriend during use. This tugging or pulling aspect of the material during use is a huge negative for us.

Design / Shape / Size

From the description and picture of this toy, I had some hopes for this toy; however, once I got the toy, there was quite a lot that was less than well designed with this toy. First, the toy bends far more than I expected as you can see below:

Bend

I actually think that the toy bends could be a good thing as we all have differing internal geometries and having some flex allows for it to adjust to better work with those geometries. But in using this toy, the bend was such that it made it difficult to control. Typically, when me and my girlfriend play with anal toys they can be while she's riding me cowgirl style; however, this time we used this toy while she lay flat and I massaged her back and eventually down to a butt focused massage... before we moved onto probing her with my fingers and eventually toys. This meant I could see what I was doing and had a direct view of the 'target'; however, the toy would bend whenever I tried to insert making it difficult to get inserted.

I already mentioned previously, that in addition to the bend that the TPR material was overly grippy and my girlfriend did not find this pleasant. I used significant amounts of lube leading up to using this toy and on the toy itself, but this was still the case. As the material is not ideal for anal play without condoms, this might be a good motivation for using a condom on this toy to reduce the grippy impact of the toy being a negative. But still, as it was designed with this material, having to remedy this with add-ons makes it a poor design.

I was shocked mostly by the battery compartment design and the inconsistency/incorrectness of the web description as to the battery needs of this toy. This toy is made by Edenfantasys, so one would think they'd realize the toy needs AA not AAA batteries to work. I tried using 2 AAA batteries as the web description claims that is what this toy uses; however, they did not stay put, and no electrical connection was made due to the compartment not being designed for AAA batteries. You can see a picture of the battery opening below:

Battery Opening

In addition to the opening not being very clear or well defined as to the battery type, there is no information with the toy or printed on the inside that indicated the orientation of the batteries that were needed. Traditionally there are +/- symbols to indicate the battery orientation when inserted; however, this is not the case with this toy. So with some trial and error, I eventually found an orientation that works w/ 2 AA batteries, which do fit with no movement, unlike AAA batteries. You can see the toy with the 2 AA batteries properly oriented below:

With Batteries

This toy is not very beginner friendly as it is in the medium to large size of anal toys that we use regularly. Also, the material and potential discomfort it creates makes it not a good toy for beginners as well.

Performance

The toy does vibrate and I do like that the vibrations are centered in the inserted part of the toy; however, the toy only has a single vibration setting and the only thing you can adjust is the speed. This is lacking in variety and maybe it's just me but a constant vibration tends to be ignored vs one that is a pattern or more random.

The toy is not any louder than the vibrating razors I own, but the vibrations are a bit buzzy and not overly powerful considering the size of this toy. We didn't use it long enough to determine how much of a battery drain the toy has. But it can last at least 10 minutes of solid use while we used USB rechargeable lithium-ion AA batteries without any noticeable drop in vibration power. I don't like disposable batteries so much prefer toys that are rechargeable but nice when they use conventional batteries that I have rechargeable options.
    • Not enough variety
    • Weak

Care and Maintenance

The toy cleans reasonably well, even with the clinginess of the material; however, it's worth remembering that the material is porous so even if it seems clean it is not sterilized. The toy likely will collect dust, so I would highly recommend washing it before and after use. We only used hot water to clean it, and due to the discomfort using the toy it's unlikely to come out of our toy box again... so I tossed it back in the box it came in.
Follow-up commentary
This one has gone in the discard pile for us... lack of power, variety, poor material, and overall was not a toy we enjoyed using.

I agree with DKK, it's too bad about the material, and the battery compartments are hell when they're not labeled. Thank you for the wonderful review!
