What a shock!
I really liked trying something new, and although I have the feeling this is a very beginner toy, I truly enjoyed the new feelings and stimulation. I will definitely keep exploring with it on different parts of the body as well as seeing how far I can handle the power.Published: June 24, 2011
Pros:
This has very durable construction and is a wonderful beginner stim toy.
Cons:
I found nothing wrong with this toy, other than the short shelf life for the stim fanatic.
When I had a chance to try this toy, I had to think about it a bit. I have never tried any shock/stim toys before. But I like a little pain, so what the heck, I'll give it a go. When the box arrived, it was far smaller than I expected. However, it was black plastic and metal, and pretty and shiny. The probe was smaller than expected, but then again, it was a bit of a relief that it was small. I honestly don't know what I expected. The probe is on a cord that plugs into the base/controller. The cord is very sturdy and the connection to the probe seems very solid. The controller has two different controls: one was in/out, the other was the slope, the universal symbol for increase in power. In/out? Hmm. Ok, so I opened it up, no battery? Directions. The battery was a disc battery, like a big, flat watch battery. In retrospect, that's probably a good thing for a beginning shock toy. You wouldn't want something super powerful. The controller is also black with metal on it. Hence, the in/out. If you switch the switch, it changes from shocking the probe to shocking the controller. This really is a small toy for vaginal use, and with a condom it could easily be used anally. I wasn't quite ready for that yet.
At first the impulses didn't feel like anything when I turned it on. Almost just like a little jump. As I turned it up slowly, it felt like a tic, then finally I could feel it more. I kept increasing it until there was an element of pain, then toned it down. It seemed like I really adjusted to the pulses quickly and wanted to turn it up a little more. The one thing I was worried about is that I have labial piercings and it said don't use around metal. I tried to follow that instruction, but just couldn't. It felt so good on the outside too. I had to definitely tone it down around my clit, the nerves were just a little too sensitive there for much power, but around the labia it felt fantastic.
For me this is definitely an experimental stage and I'm glad I tried this, but I don't think it's going to be a regular in my repertoire. For those interested in a very beginner toy, this is perfect. I have a feeling that this wouldn't satisfy a true stim aficionado for long, but it is worth the price to try it out and start a new interest.

Thank you for viewing Fetish Fantasy Series Shock therapy pleasure probe – sex toy review page!

thanks for the review. I see you had better luck with yours then I did. Mine ate the battery in a few minutes, and had a bad seam that could cause some damage to your naughty area
I would really like to give this a try. The reviews are pretty mixed on it so far, but I loved their other shock therapy kit.
Cheers on the review
I've looked at this but now I think it will be a little too subtle for me. I already have a Zeus E-stim kit. I think I'll just get some more add ons for that. I wish EF stocked Zeus (hint hint)
I really think this is best for an entry level interest in the stim life. My battery seems ok, but I just don't think this has enough bells and whistles to keep a newbie, who is seriously interested, interested very long. I did get a bit distracted and didn't explain the in/out very well. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't see the point to being shocked on your hand, or I guess anyplace else you would press it against, as opposed to using the probe.
Good review! I think this might be where I start with stim.
Great review, thanks!
The seam is the only thing I read in your review that might keep me away from this one...
