It is nonporous, nontoxic, phthalate-free, and hypoallergenic. It is easy to clean and body safe. This silicone plug is safe to use with water-based lubricant. To avoid possible chemical reactions, it is not recommended to use silicone-based lube with silicone toys. We both agree this plug feels like a high-quality product, especially when we compare it to some other silicone plugs we have tested. This plug can be used by nearly everyone. Although the toy's tip is somewhat tapered, it still takes a little extra time to get it in -- please be patient!
