I'd first like to start by saying that, even though I have a very strong disliking for the book series, I have heard that their branded products are actually pretty good get in the price range. So, as a connoisseur of all things kink I thought I'd take the chance. I really didn't think I could be let down as much as I was but this product proved me very, very wrong.

I have tried other brands of self-adhering tapes, a few were pretty great, most were bad to say the least. This unfortunately falls into the last category. The reason I (and I'd assume most people) would by this would be to securely restrain or be restrained. So be helpless but in a safe and effective way. This did not do it's job in the least. You shouldn't be able to easily rip/weaken the tape by minor movements, and that was when it actually wanted to stick correctly. To get it to stick you had to apply a good bit of force around the subject being restained. After about two minute of having my wrists bound with this it was cutting into my skin. The product would also just randomly lose all self adherence and stop sticking to itself. This was supposed to be used for a mummification play session but there was no way I was going to risk injury with this product.

Also, the coloration was a bit off. I know that's such a nit picky thing to complain about but when you're buying a product that you see is red and when it comes to you a faded pink, it's disappointing. Not to mention that they had this strange odor that neither I nor my boyfriend could describe. Almost a sickly sweet smell, mixed with latex. Something like that just completely ruins the mood that the before mentioned didn't already. Honestly, I'd say don't waste your money on it. The only really positive thing I can say about it is that for a three pack it's pretty inexpensive. I was hoping for so much, but so was greatly let down.
