Fantasy kit - light bdsm kit by Sportsheets - review by JR

This was my first set of restraints (not counting socks, ties, etc) and I’m pretty sure it’ll be an only child for a while. Sportsheets made a really great product with this set.
Before this product, my girlfriend and I hadn’t really messed around too much with bondage. Sure, we used binder twine once or twice, but this Fantasy Kit was a great first step for us. With comfortable cuffs and a really good imagination, the sky is the limit.

Beginners could be a little frustrated with the lack of instructions in use, but the more advanced user should have no problems putting this Fantasy Kit to use.

COMFY! The cuffs are so comfortable. The Velcro restraints are really close to one size fits all and are padded for extra comfort (between the layers of material). Each cuff has its own sewn in ring that is attached to the cuff by a nylon hoop. All of the layers are held together by very thorough needle work. I don’t think they’ll come undone in the foreseeable future.

Because of the design of the restraints, they can be attached together with the Velcro to form larger cuffs (thigh, waist, booty, etc). If you do put them together, you will lose some adjustability.

The strap is a decent nylon strap with a buckle adjustment for shortening and lengthening. Each side of the strap has a hook. The strap can be used as a connector between the cuffs or used as a strap. I love multi-taskers!

The only thing I really didn’t care much for in the kit was the blindfold. It’s a bit too small for my melon. My girlfriend has a smaller head, so it fit her better. It’s a leather cover with a Velcro closure.

We’ve only used this set a few times (we live 2 hrs apart) and so far this set has held up really well. The very flexible nature of the adjustments really lends to wide ranges of sizes. It also has a built in hiding aspect too. If you have work out equipment in your home, it’ll blend right in (except for the blindfold).

The only limiting factor with this kit is a stifled imagination. True, it doesn’t come with any instructions and you have to consult the company’s website (or just the internet). We’ve used this kit only a couple times, each time was new. The Fantasy Kit really met our lofty expectations. It held up very well for our purposes. We’re both free thinking people and this kit was there to help us try some really off the wall (for us) ideas.

While writing this review, I had an idea for the cuffs: Key holders! The hoops on the cuffs are just like the hoops on car keys. You could attach your keys while you’re out running and you won’t have to worry about them falling out of your pockets!

If you need to clean this set, I’m sure a damp cloth and an air dry would fix it up.
The nylon and Velcro could probably hold up in the washer (what were you doing!?!?), but I wouldn’t put them in the dryer.

Other than what you find on the internet for different positions, the use of this kit is really up to the users. There’s no instruction booklet.

We tried a few different positions and took turns doing this and that. It held her down, held me down. We found the best way for us to use this set is to run the one strap under the bed and tie off the other cuffs to the base of the bed with some left over binder twine.
