Marylin wrist cuff - cuffs by Unspoken Market - review by Eva Schwaltz

Get all the attention with this sassy cuff from Unspoken Market. It’s only meant to be worn as an accessory, and not built for any type of restraint. I chose the black cuff, but you can also get it in pink. You only get one cuff with the purchase, so just keep that in mind.

It looks sort of like a cuff, but can easily pass as jewelry. It has a buckle closure with three holes on the strap for a small range of adjustability. There is a small D-ring that adds to the appeal of the cuff, but it will probably break off with lots of tugging. Only people with smaller wrists will be able to fit this cuff. The suggested wrist sizes are from 6.5" to 7.5" in circumference. The cuff is 9 ½ inches in length, and about half an inch wide.

The cuff is made of leather which is actually quite stiff when you receive it. With proper conditioning and more wear, the leather will soften up. The standard leather care applies here. If it gets dirty, just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Don’t fully submerge it in water, and store it out of sunlight and damp areas.

On the cuff are 48 Swarovski crystals that are doubled up and reflect light beautifully. The crystals are held in place with little metal pins to prevent them from coming out. The backside of the crystals have a tendency to peel, but I use a dab of nail glue to prevent the ends from separating from the wrist strap. It does kind of look like something a cat would wear, but I don’t feel like a crazy cat lady when I’m wearing it.

It comes packaged in a sturdy plastic pouch, but I found this pouch to be way larger than it needs to be. It looks like a pouch that would be more appropriate for a little makeup set or perfume bottle. I just keep my cuff in a little jewelry box when I’m not wearing it. Overall, I think this is a great cuff if you are not shy about showing off your kinky side when you are out and about.
