A great blindfold that is easy to use, nice looking and versatile!
A good product, I'm glad I got a chance to review it. It works well for what it's intended for, it's versatile enough to have to find creative uses for it, such as tying someone's wrists together. Looks good, works well, inexpensive. Very happy with it.Published: February 1, 2012

Cons:
The material could stand to be a little wider.
First of all, this review is coming much later than it should have. Right after I received this item to review, life unfortunately intervened and I did not have a chance to use this product and did not find out about all of it's nice qualities until recently.
Now that I've had a chance to use this product, I have come to enjoy it for many reasons. First of all, it looks very nice and is well made. The material is a visually pleasing black satin, it is very soft to the touch and feels good on the skin. The blindfold is very long, at about seven feet long, comprised of a black satin ribbon about 2.5 inches wide. At first, it seems much too long and almost a little awkward to use, but I quickly realized that this feature in fact makes it versatile. You can wrap the blindfold around the face several times to more effectively blind someone, or it could even be used as an impromptu hand tie or other restraint. The way it is kept on is by simple tying the ends together in a knot, it doesn't have any Velcro closure or elastic. These features would make it a little easier to use, but it is still a great product without them.
I think the blindfold is long enough to tie around someone's head, and still have enough material left over to tie their wrists together. I like that this product is versatile and you can use some creativity in making the best use of it.
I like this blindfold, enjoy using it and would recommend it to others. It is inexpensive, so it is a good way for someone to try something new without breaking the bank. It is very durable and seems like it would last a long time of regular use.

Experience
This blindfold was easy to use, comfortable, did it's job very well at making someone unable to see. It worked best at being wrapped around the head a couple times, when only in front of the eyes once, some light gets in at the top and bottom. Although a little impractical, it would also make a nice sleep mask, as it blocks out nearly all light.

Which type of blindfolds do you prefer?
-
The simple cloth ones or the ones that shape your eyes?
I like the look of the cloth ones, and it seems more authentic, I've never tired the fitted ones! What do you think? -
I usually just use a bandanna.

Quote: The simple cloth ones or the ones that shape your eyes?As long as it blocks out all or 99% of the light it doesn't really matter but I sort of prefer the fitted style.
