Absolutely gorgeous whip. This is as just as amazing in person as it appears on the product page. The glass is a work of art that you will not want to pass up. It looks so good you will hate to hide it in your toy box. It is by far the most artistic and beautiful toy we own.

Materials
This is made from suede leather and glass. The suede needs a fair amount of protection to keep it looking and performing its best. Leather should be kept away from water. According to EF's material safety information, Suede is very pourus and if the suede gets wet it will turn a darker color. To clean it you will need to use special suede cleaner.

The suede has a light leather smell when you take it out of the box as well as over time.

The glass is quite durable and will stand up to a lot of wear and can be cleaned in a number of ways. It can be easily cleaned and will last a long time. Because this product is of mixed materials, you will want to be very careful not to get anything on the suede.

Glass has no smell or taste to it.

Design
This is made of a glass handle. The handle has swirled lines down the length and ends in a clear glass ball. The falls are attached around the perimeter with and secured with a wrapped leather and secured. I found that where it is secured to the handle it was starting to pull away at the end. A little glue and it will be just fine.

Size
The total length is 26". The falls are 18" long. The glass dildo is 8 inches long with 6 1/2 being insertable. There are no vibrations here.

The Icicles 38 comes in a white box with a picture of it on the front. It sits inside a foam holder with plenty of room to keep the whip.

I found the best way to use this whip is to make a circular swing before bringing it down. This helps to give you the control that lands your hit on target. You do need a bit of room to swing it around but it is worth it. The whip gives a good thuddy hit. It will give sweet low level pain and pleasure. This is not an advanced/intense BDSM toy. It is more of a beginner to intermediate toy.

The toy gives you the option of using it as a glass dildo as well as a whip. I love the look of glass but not the feel so I cannot address how well it works in this capacity.

The whip does not inflict any lasting marks. It is great to use for sensory play. We liked using the blindfold and dragging it down each other's back and then smacking it down unexpectedly. The suede leather is very soft and pliable.
