This Silicone O-ring mouth gag by Eden Fantasys is perfect for beginners and advanced users. Unlike many other mouth gags that can be a little intimating or too extreme looking, this gag has the perfect appearance that might be new to the BDSM lifestyle or wearing head gear.

Mouth gags, in general, can add a lot of fun to the bedroom. For the most part, it is pain-free play (as long as you do not have issues with jaw pain.) As long as you take breaks and do not leave it in for extended periods of time, gags can be rather exciting to use. Think about all the possibilities! Personally speaking, having the ability to gag/limit your partner's speech is a huge turn on (especially when using the O-ring gag in addition to other types of bondage restraints). However, the great thing about gags is that they can be a lot of fun to play without having to dive too deep into BDSM.

Ultimately, my wife and I decided to get an O-ring style mouth gag for many reasons. Firstly, it is open so she does not feel like she cannot breathe. We would never be able to use a ball gag or any other style because she has a huge fear of not being able to breathe. Because of this, the O-ring is perfect for us.

I also prefer my wife wearing the O-ring style because I love to watch her drool. And believe me, this will make your partner drool all over themselves! The design of this gag is not intimidating at all. Made of mostly black silicone, the gag is soft to the touch and has a little stretch to it unlike similar gags made with leather. But the silicone can pull your hair while tightening the straps, so keep that in mind.

The belt styled buckle that closes the strap, along with the two rings that attach the straps to the O-ring gag are made of metal. Also, the O-ring itself is metal. But given the fact that it is covered with silicone, wearing it is rather comfortable around your lips and teeth. There is no give to the ring itself, so once in place, the person wearing the gag will not be able to close his mouth at all.

After placing the O-ring into the mouth, the straps connect around the back of the head by the belt styled buckle. The entire length of the gag is about 22 inches, where there are 10 holes that can be used to make the strap larger or smaller to fit "most" individuals. (More on that later.) The strap is also 3/4 on an inch in width.

The O-ring is about 2 inches in diameter. This will allow most users to wear it comfortably unless you or your partner have a smaller mouth or not able to open your jaws fully. If jaw pain occurs or you have issues with TMJ, please start out slow and keep your scenes short.

The overall weight of the gag is 1/2 pounds, making it comfortable to wear.

Overall, this opened mouth O-ring gag works as intended. The price point is perfect for those that want to try out using head gear without paying the high price of other gags.

My wife was able to wear it for extended periods of time, and she looked very sexy doing so. My only complaint is that when she tried to place it around my head, it would not fit. I am 6'4" so maybe my head it a little larger than average, but I mean I do not have a very large head. I was disappointed that it would not fit even when trying to use the last hole position in the strap. For me, it was at least an inch short from being able to close the clasp and wear it comfortably without cutting into my face.

Because I was not able to get the strap closed around my head, my wife and I were still able to get a little creative. While standing over me, she would hold each end of the strap while the O-ring was in my mouth. She could then guide my head where she wanted me to lick. Again, being an open mouthed gag, your tongue can easily fit through the O-ring.

The silicone and metal buckle are very durable, so extended uses should not be a problem at all. With proper care, it should last as long as gags made with other materials.

Given the amount of saliva that will be produced while wearing the gag, it is imperative that you keep your toy clean after each use.

Cleaning is rather easy given that it is silicone. You can follow proper boiling instructions for silicone toys to sterilize (3 minutes), use a typical toy cleaner, or mild soap and water. Let dry fully prior to storing away.

Note that lubricants will probably be used with this gag, ensure that if it is exposed to lubes, the lube used is not silicone-based. Water-based lubricants will not break down the silicone material of the gag.

Packaging is very minimal. Arrived is a clear plastic bag with no box or paper included.
