If you have trouble finding a ball gag that fits comfortably in your mouth without painfully stretching your jaw, the Spartacus's Silicone Removable Small Ball Gag is a great choice. I recommend this ball gag to beginners, but it will also pacify even the fussiest of experienced users as well, providing they need a small ball!

The Spartacus's Silicone Removable Small Ball Gag comes in a beautiful marbled purple or marbled red color. The ball is silicone, so rest assured that it can be sanitized by bleaching or boiling.

A major plus of this ball gag is the ability to remove the ball to sanitize it. It can be removed quickly an without hassle by undoing snaps on the leather straps. The straps are made with leather and are very durable and thick. However, the leather still provides enough bend to contour to your face shape with ease and comfort. It does not chafe or irritate my skin and the leather can only be smelled faintly.

The ball itself is 1 1/2" in diameter. I found a "normal" size ball gag to be much too big for my jaw. This ball gag, however, fit me perfectly and nestles itself comfortably in my mouth. It still does the job of repressing noises. The buckle strap is 8 1/2", and the adjustment strap to 11". Depending on your head size, there are eleven holes in the strap which guarantees you will find a comfortable adjustment ranging from 15" to about 20" around.

The ball gag comes inside a plastic casing that could be used for storage, however I recycled it.

In terms of effectiveness, the Spartacus's Silicone Removable Small Ball Gag did do the job for me, and muffled sounds very well. I appreciate the size of this ball very much and I no longer have to put up with a sore jaw.
