The D Ring Leather Slapper is a sturdy, well-made slapper. It's used for spanking or slapping against bare or covered skin. The Slapper is versatile, it's useful for the absolute beginner and the most experienced of spankers. The severity of its sting is dependent entirely on the amount of force applied by the spanker, allowing you to customize the intensity of the experience based on situation and the spankee.

Design / Craftsmanship / Size / Material / Features

Constructed to withstand heavy use, the Slapper is a folded, thick strip of black leather fasted to a D ring with 8 heavy-duty grommets. The grommets are embossed with the Sportsheets "S" and the strap is embossed with the Sportsheets logo. It's a simple design, but clearly sturdy and made to last.

Performance

The strap can bite pretty hard if you put your arm into it, but it doesn't have to. The folded-over strap design allows for a fairly loud smacking sound even with a light swing. This means even light smacking sounds produce a loud smack, adding quite a bit of drama to the scene.

Welting and bruising will vary depending on how hard you use this product, but also depending on how the skin of the receiver responds. Heavy use could result in skin rupturing or bleeding, so keep this in mind when engaging in heavy play.

Care and Maintenance

Basic cleaning can be done with a damp cloth and mild soap. Use of a soap made specifically for leather would be recommended. Because this item can't be thoroughly cleaned without damage, try to avoid contact with bodily fluids.

It's ten inches long and 1.5 inches wide, according to the product info. And yes, I suppose it's as easy to hold as any simple leather strap would be.
