I have had this nipple bulb for a while. The bulb end is made up of a plastic and is squeezable. The clear end that you put to your nipples is made of a hard plastic. The toy really did not have any smell to it, and there is no sound to the toy, so you could use it at anytime without someone knowing you have been entertaining yourself. This item could easily be used with a partner, and it might make it easier to use, I only used it solo.

The nipple bulb is intended to go over your nipple and squeeze, sucking your nipple and causing it to become hard. This allows you to put the clear bands on your nipple, and gives you a feeling on pressure or pinching, similar to nipple clamps. This makes your nipples stay erect the entire time you have the clear bands on. The trick to getting the clear bands on your nipple is to put the band on the clear plastic end before you apply it to your nipple then slide it down until it's on your nipple. Easier said than done though.

I was really not too thrilled with this toy. For starters, I have larger nipples and this toy did not seem to accomodate that issue. It barely fit over my nipple leaving a lot not fitting in right. This made it hard to get decent suction. The clear bands do not stay on, they just fall right off.

I also had a problem with the bulb end detaching from the clear end for you nipples when I tried to get suction. This toy to me was a waste of money, I got nothing out of it but a lot of frustration. I would not recommend this toy for anyone, exceptionally women with larger nipples. Please use with care.
