Beginners Beware -- These Babies Bite!

Although not everyone will find these visually appealing, they are worth the price! They are intense clamps that will actually stay put -- and will fit most everyone.

Use

If you're interested in BDSM at all, you may enjoy these clamps.

These clamps are designed to clamp onto your nipples, though you could certainly attach them to your lower region as well. I, personally, have not applied them to anywhere but my nipples, and would be hesitant to do so because of how powerful they are. But, to each their own. I think that these clamps would also be good for those that like to play around with weights. You could easily attach a weight or two to the string that hangs from the clamps.

Due to the powerful bite that these clamps bring, I would not recommend them to someone who is new to nipple clamps. They can be really overwhelming, but still fantastic for those who know that they like this sort of thing.

Material / Texture

These clamps are made out of metal, which rates as a 9 on the safety scale. As such, the clamps are phthalate-free, as well as completely odorless. The area that clamps onto the users nipple has a rubber tip which ensures that the clamps are safe to use. Otherwise, the metal would probably cut the skin.

The metal itself is very smooth, whereas the rubber tips have little teeth on them. The teeth help the clamp to truly grip onto ones nipple.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

These clamps were much bigger than I expected, being 3 3/8" long. Due to their size, it's not really possible to hide them underneath clothing, if you're into that sort of thing. I wish that they were a bit smaller, but only as I think they'd be more visually appealing.

While I don't find these too visually appealing, I do find them to be functional. It's difficult for me to find clamps that fit on my small-ish nipples, but these do! I think that they would fit most anyone.

They're easy to operate, as you just need to squeeze in order to get the clamps to open, and release in order to get the clamps to close. Okay, so you have the clamps on -- want more pressure? No problem! Simply pull the string, and the clamps will tighten. The harder you pull, the tighter the clamps will get.

You should also know that these clamps are very lightweight, so you won't feel as though they're dragging you down. I like that they're lightweight, but others may want something heavier.

Care and Maintenance

I really don't see a need to clean these after each use -- after all, they're just going on my nipples. That said, when I do wash them, it's no trouble.

These clamps can be washed in the dishwasher, or simply with soap and water. They can also be sterilized with a 10% bleach solution.

There really needs to be an "I don't like it as much" option here. I still like these, but I don't like them as much as I did at first. They're just not very attractive, and I don't find them to be sexy.

They do provide a big pinch, and I do enjoy the fact that I can just give the string a little tug for more of a pinch, but... well, I guess they just don't inspire me to use them as I don't find them to be attractive.

One thing that I did recently to help these feel more attractive to me is remove the string. I but the string off, and in it's place attached a short chain using two nickel plated o-rings. The chain hanging where the string used to be looks much better. The chain also works just as the string would, except I find that it's more fun to tug on the chain. Still, these are not my favorite pair of clamps.

That said, they are still completely functional, and I still recommend them.

I'm not quite sure I understand the use of the string... could you expand on that?

Also, what would you rate this on a scale of 1-10, pain-wise? Ten being, of course, death by nipple clamp.

Hi there Annemarie. The string confused me at first, as well. When you first put on these clamps, the string really doesn't have much of a purpose. In fact, you could cut the string off and the clamps would still function perfectly. That said, when you give the string a bit of a tug (or hard pull, if you prefer), the clamps tighten on the users nipples. This is because of the piece that the string is attached to. The harder you pull, the tighter the clamps will get.

How painful these babies are really depends on the users tolerance level, and sensitivity. For me, I'd rate them as a 7.5 on the pain scale. Your experience may differ, of course.
