Those with small mouths will want to avoid this, as the lack of give to the hard ball will be extremely uncomfortable. Also, those with small heads will want to keep in mind that this may be too big.

This comes in very handy when we do use it. It slides into the mouth well but the ball is a little big for him. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I gave this 4/5 stars. It is made of good quality leather. Our only problems were the rubber gag ball, and there not being a chin or head strap to help keep it on the user.
