What a love/hate relationship I have with these torturous Butterfly Clamps. If you're looking for a way to get your partner's attention, this is the purchase to make.

These guys are no joke. Once attached, you might find yourself holding your breath until they are removed and, even then, the sensation becomes even more intense.

I've used these clamps on my nipples as well as on the lips of my vagina.

The clamps are made of all metal, except for the little circular plastic pads on the inside of each of the clamps which will tighten down against the skin when the clamp isn't squeezed open. The squeezing of the clamp was pretty easy, so no problems there.

The Butterfly Clamps are 19 inches in length and I love the look of the shiny metal chain connecting the two clamps together across my chest. It's very sexy to me and one of the few things that take my mind off of the fact that, when I'm wearing them, it feels as if my nipples are on fire. I didn't have any problems getting the clamps on or off. Simply give them a squeeze and they release. If you're feeling daring, yank the chain and go to town.

When the chain which joins the clamps together is given a tug, they will finally come off, but not easily and not gently! I believe that the wider the clamp is spread open, the more the clamp will close if the chain is tugged on. Nipples, beware!

I have fairly large breasts and the clamps (as well as the length of the chain) was no problem for me. Even with small nipples, I would think that these clamps should be fine. But remember, you don't *just* have to use them on your nipples.

Wash with mild soap and water but dry them well so they don't rust. I store mine in a tiny little candy box that I have. Since they are small, they are very easy to store and tuck away.

The longest I've worn these guys on my nipples was six minutes!
