Clamps have a metal chain with rubber sheath covered metal tweezers. There is no smell and the chains are not stretchy. The metal chain is heavy but very comfortable even if you are a beginner. There are plastic rings on the end of the tweezers you slide upward to cause them to close.

These are very standard nipple clamps. There is a tweezer end for each nipple. With any clamps, it might take a little practice getting them on for the first time. Depending on your pain level, these clamps can be pleasurable or painful. The rubber sheath covered ends are long and curved so any nipple size should be able to use these clamps.
