Personally, I love these clamps because they do exactly what they're supposed to do: pinch hard in one spot until released. If you like pain, especially on your nipples, or just like intense nipple play then you'll love these, too. The clamps are sturdy and well made, though they have a few little spots to watch out for. However, if you're playing safe these things shouldn't be an issue.

These are some MEAN clamps! And I say mean in the best way possible, but not everyone would agree with that. These latch on and do not let go, and are designed to tighten when the chain is tugged on. They will stay on even the smallest nipples through tugging, twisting, and pulling. But if you're a beginner or cannot tolerate intense nipple pain, these are NOT the clamps for you! Definitely not for the faint of heart, but perfect for those looking for nipple pain and torture!

The Butterfly nipple clamps are for advanced users only. I can’t stress that enough. They are hardcore to the max and painful to the bone. I don't feel that this item is or is not worth purchasing. Everything is worth a try to see what you like and what works best for you and your partner. For me, the experience was not so great. For others, it may be fabulous. I hope anyone else that buys this has better luck than I had.

Using one clamp at a time without any pressure from the small ring, which controls the pinching motion, I teasingly grabbed each nipple, applying just enough pressure, and then quickly releasing.
