One of the most disappointing toy purchases I've had - cheaply made, not at all fun, only pro are the exterior ticklers that you can find on a better ring.
It makes your package look awesome, and the exterior nubs add a bit of spice to penetration.
Absolutely everything else. Vibration, ring tightness, remote quality.
I enjoy testicular play. My wife has always reached under and cradled them as I thrusted into her during doggy style to get me closer to orgasm, but this time there wasn't a need for that; everything was hands free.

In summation of the product, I find that it is an overall great product worth the price in pleasure and pain. It can add quite a zest to one's solo or couple play while still not being too over the top.
