I am a huge collar and leash fan, it's one of my absolute biggest fetishes and this leash is perfect for both beginners and experienced Kinksters. Along with being very stylish and sleek, it's also incredibly durable and easy to use. I found out the hard way that using just any old leash can be a disaster waiting to happen. Fabric leashes can show so much damage and dirt that it completely takes away from the appearance of the leash, and just like the condition of a collar, you should be proud of the condition of your leashes as well. One of the great things about this one is the choice of studs. I personally am a pyramid stud fan, I enjoy the points of the pyramids and the way they fit between my fingers when I hold it...also it doubles as a close range flogging...you know, should your puppy or what have you start to act up. The round studs I find are too difficult to keep a grip on. They can slip through your fingers too easily and they almost make the leather strap uncomfortable to hold. The cone studs provide a similar feeling of security as the pyramid studs, but they have a slightly different feel, for these I'd have to chock it up to personal preference. As for the rectangular studs, well...it seems interesting, but for some reason I just can't quite get the hang of them, so I prefer the pyramids.

This leash has its own pros and cons, the metal is very durable and easy to keep clean, at least in my opinion...treat them as you would your silver jewelry. But the other good thing about the metal is the appearance, it has a visual appeal that almost excites most puppies to be on them, no matter what the event is themed for...it's kind of an all-purpose leash, in my opinion. The clip on gives it a wide range of loops or objects to attach to, from the loops on collars to even belt loops (if they're small enough).

I had my own experience with this leash, one of my ex girlfriends wanted me to try it on her and it was quite easy to use it, even without a collar on her.
