I wasn't really expecting this to be one of my daily wear collars when I purchased it, but it will be, since it's so comfortable and I love the look of it around my neck. It is VERY adjustable and I cannot imagine this not fitting anyone. There appears to be about 9" of adjustment and neck sizes don't vary all that much usually.

Both leather straps are extremely soft, high-quality leather. I have sensitive skin and the leather didn't bother me at all, unlike some other collars I've owned. The outside of both straps has a very nice, smooth finish although, the inside just has a soft raw leather finish instead of a lining. The raw leather inside didn't seem to irritate me as it's still quite soft. The leather can be kept fresh by using leather conditioner on it if you so desire.

The front D-ring is attached by two rivets on either side through both straps of leather which makes it very strong. The rivets appear to be nickel, so watch out if you are allergic to that. The buckle and D-ring don't touch your skin at all since they are on the outer strap.

The picture doesn't really do this collar justice. When it's not around something and buckled it looks really awkward and poorly made but it looks really amazing when worn. The outer strap is longer than the inner strap so that when it's worn they sit flat against each other.

This collar is about twice as thick as what I normally wear but still amazingly comfortable. Although it might not look too strong let me tell you, it is. I was able to hang (by my hands, not my neck) from a hook in my ceiling with it. I wear a collar all day, every day, and this is definitely one of my favorites now.
