This is a great whip for anyone interested in flogging. It makes for a nice beginner whip, and is easy to travel with. For the more advanced; it is great for pinpointing sensitive areas. It comes in enough colors to coordinate with anyones toy collection or bondage gear. It is very inexpensive, yet well made.

Pros:
Good sting in a small package, Small enough to travel with, Good for whipping sensitive areas
Cons:
Handle probably too short for some, Design could be better at top
This is a very small version of the Sportsheets rubber whip. It makes a great beginner whip, but it is also great for experienced BDSM players who want something small and portable, if not incredibly painful. I think it makes a wonderful teaser and travel-friendly whip. The thin, soft rubber strings can be used for gentle teasing and texture play or for a nice stingy whipping. Being so small, it can also be used for self-flogging if you want a whipping but don't have anyone around to give it to you. Also, I find the small size is preferable for whipping more sensitive areas. It is great for whipping the breasts and genitals.
This whip consists of a clear tube with a black ball on either end that has the colored rubber strings folded over inside of it. Through the clear tube you can see the strings swirled around in a spiral, which is a very nice visual effect. The strings come out of the top of the tube and back into it, securing them against the top ball. The wrist strap is connected between the top ball and the rubber strings. This seems like it could lead to damage if too much stress is put on the wrist strap. If it snapped the rubber strings, they would not be able to stay in the whip and the wrist strap would fall off. So far, though, the strings have shown themselves to be pretty sturdy. Rubber does have a tendency to weaken with time and dry rot, though. It is well made, but it probably won't last forever.
Being so small, the Rubber Whip Junior is easy to swing around. It is easy to get a good stingy smack from it. When swung hard, it will leave skin pretty red! It can also be used more lightly for a mild sting. Either way, it is very lightweight so there isn't much of a thud to the hit. Because the strings are so soft and small, it makes for a great light teasing toy as well as a whip. It can be slowly dragged across the skin for a light tickle or just the smooth feel of soft rubber, depending on how you move it. It also works very well for genital and breast whipping because it is so lightweight and small. It doesn't hit heavily, but just stings, and it is small enough to target small areas.
This toy should be kept clean and dry to preserve the rubber. Also, do not store it with other similar whips, as they will tangle together. If the strings of the whip get tangled, a light shake will usually help, but if the tangle is severe work through it with patience.
This whip came simply packaged in a clear plastic bag.

Follow-up commentaryI still like it5 months after original review
I don't use it extremely often, but I do still enjoy this whip. It is cute and small but still packs a punch. It has held up very well, and I imagine it will last a long time. Very good product, and I will probably try the larger version soon!
