These clamps are much larger than most others. Their chain is heavy duty, and they can be intimidating looking to whoever they're being applied to. They're certainly not subtle which makes them nicely ostentatious. They use a sliding ring to create the tension, and it can be adjusted to anywhere in the spectrum from barely there to excruciating. You can easily apply them, one at a time, using one hand if your other happens to be occupied. The clamps themselves are like long tweezers and have rubber tips to keep from damaging anything, but they can be fairly easily removed if you are into that kind of play. They can be used by men or women and are good for almost any sized nipple. The chain adds a nice amount of weight for a gentle tugging sensation.
The material is metal and rubber. The clamps look like they would be delicate, but they hold up to use very well. The chain is much heavier than it needs to be, but that's part of the charm of this set. Each clamp is topped with a hard rubber tip to keep the metal from digging in. The tweezers themselves are strong enough for their regular use, but they will bend if you set your mind to it. The whole thing will fit in the palm of your hand coiled up and has a nice, satisfying weight. All of the joints are solid by using rings rather than the welds some others will use, so everything can flex and sway.
For someone who has a fear of the clover or vice-style of clamps, these offer a nice third option. They have a nice surgical look. The tweezers are quick and easy to apply. They will fit almost everyone's nipples as long as you can fit into them with no tension applied. If that is the case, you can make slight adjustments by bending the tweezers. These are easy to apply due to the simple sliding ring, but that also makes them a little less versatile than clover or vice clamps. The additional length of the tweezers make it possible for them to be torqued off of the nipples if you change your orientation to gravity. The heavy chain can also exacerbate this problem.
On top of that, the small contact area of the clamps can also lead to them falling off. These two issues mean that they're good for normal wearing, but they are not as versatile for tugging as they're prone to slip, so they're not great for nipple torture. These can be worn under clothes, but due to their shape and weight, they aren't very discreet.
These are as easy to maintain as a pair of tweezers and a chain. There aren't any posh or soft parts to be careful with. There are also no fabrics to clean. They can be rinsed in the sink or run through the dish washer, but make sure to dry them quickly and do not store them wet. They're small enough that you can fit them most anywhere. These are an extremely low maintenance toy.
The packaging is a small blister pack, and I wouldn't try to re-use the container for storage. There isn't much documentation, but they are fairly self-explanatory.
I like how versatile they are and how easy to use. Obviously, as with any other clamp, you want to be careful in their use and not leave them on for extended periods of time. The chain can be wrapped through restraints or can just hang loose and tug gently on your nipples. They do have a tendency to slip or fall off if you just have them on low tension or move them around, but that's the trade off you get with this type of clamp. These make a great addition to any play kit.
These were part of my earliest introduction to BDSM when I was still nervous about a lot of the toys and was worried I wouldn't know how to operate the toys. I liked the simplicity and effectiveness. The girl I was with was afraid of clover clamps, so these were a good choice. The weight also served as a reminder of what she was wearing. The adjustable tension is a great feature, but take it slow when you're putting them on until you find the sweet spot. Once you learn how far you need to slide the ring to attach them, you can get them on very quickly.

These tweezer clamps are still getting the job done. After gluing the rubber caps onto the tweezers, I've found these to be basically maintenance-free. The plated metal has held up very well. I haven't tried to run them through the dishwasher, but they clean up very easily with baby wipes. They're still just as easy to operate, but with the same drawbacks, as they were before. All in all, a great addition to my toy bag.

Depending on the size of the breasts it might be a stretch to go through a collar. If you wanted to do something like nipple to clit you'll probably need something a little longer unless you're sitting or bent over. I've never done it to these, but you can get thin stainless steel chain at a jeweler or some hardware stores and just replace the chain with a longer one if you want to start linking up different areas.
