Sturdy toy, but too sturdy for its shape and design. Great for men with larger girths, not so good for men with smaller girths. Very painful toy to use. If you have sensitive balls, try a more basic cage.

It is easy to get on, and can be worn with the straps either to the sides of the cock or on the top and bottom. Along the sides is more comfortable for me, but results may vary.
