If you're looking for something besides the standard ball-gag, the Fantasy Gag definitely belongs on your Wishlist. Granted, if you have a strong gag reflex, it might be too large for you, but if you love having your mouth full, this is the gag for you.

I wish this were better, but for now I can only give it a 3/5.
