The Tantus Fantasy Gag came packaged in the clear, white, and red Tantus packaging I am used to. Made of 100% ultra-premium, platinum silicone, this gag is hypoallergenic, phthalates-free, odorless, and can be sanitized so it can be shared between partners. Simply remove the straps from the gag and either boil it for 3 minutes, wipe with a 10% bleach solution, or run it through the dishwasher and you’re ready for some fun with someone new. The two leather straps cannot be sterilized, but are easily cleaned and conditioner with leather care supplies.

The Fantasy Gag has two black leather straps that connect easily to the gag via a snap on each side and then secures to the wearer with a Velcro closure. The Velcro makes it safer (faster removal), but the Velcro does tend to pull on hair. This could be a good thing though if that suits the wearer. The gag itself is a black silicone that is phallic in shape.

The gag sits 2 ¾” into the mouth, so those with a moderate to strong gag reflex may find some difficulty in wearing this. It does sit nicely in the mouth though, completely filling the oral cavity. The indentation towards the front makes it comfortable as you can relax your jaw and rest your teeth and lips on this area. The silicone held up very well, even with the wearer biting down on it pretty hard at times. The material is also soft enough where you do not need to worry about damaging dental work. The black silicone that rests on the outside of the mouth completely hides the lips, giving a nice sexy look.

The Fantasy Gag does a nice job of preventing the wearer from speaking, but the wearer can still moan around it and noises can be heard. Because the lips are in a more relaxed position the wearer should have fewer problems with the drooling that sometimes occurs with traditional ball gags.
