The Fantasy Gag is my favorite of all the gags that I own. I've had issues with jaw pain from other ball gags and bits that I've used in the past and maybe that comes from their sizes or wearing them for extended lengths during play sessions, but with this gag, it just seemed like a natural fit. I was able to relax my mouth around the penis shape and sucking on it during play even added a 'threesome-like element' to my sexual experience. After all, if I'm going to have my mouth plugged with something, what's better than a cock, right?

I did not notice any smell or taste from the almost 3 inches in length and 1.5 width of silicone that filled my mouth. The size was not too large for me, although for some, it might present a bit of a problem. The velcro that secures the gag at the back of your head can get hair and fuzzies (amongst other things) stuck in it. In fact, it was pretty tight on me, but I've got TONS of thick hair, so I had to maneuver it a bit in order to get it on. Keeping it in place can be a bit tricky, too, at times, but in the end, just the experience of having a cock-shaped gag in my mouth during play and/or sex was worth it for me.

One feature that I do really like are the snaps on either side of the gag itself so that it can be removed for cleaning (or whatever else you might want to take it apart it for!). Just wipe the straps down with a damp cloth (soap and warm water). As for the silicone penis, just toss it in the dishwasher or boil it clean for about 3 minutes or so and you're done!

I love this gag. It's my "go-to" gag. There's really not much more to say other than I'm glad I stuck with it and I'm very comfortable with it. It makes 'being gagged' a very enjoyable experience for me.
