There is a bit of give and the slightest amount of stretch. Over time, I have stretched it an extra half inch or so whilst wearing it regularly as a wristband. With this combination of closures, it provides you with 4 different sizes that you can easily adjust the strap to.

It is a simple but effective design that can be used in various situations including solo masturbation, during penetrative intercourse, and virtually any play scene you can imagine. Those who are of smaller girths may find it too big for their shaft alone - just as those who are above average may find it cannot contain their entire package.
