When I first received the Heart Shaped Breast Massagers, I was surprised at their size. Expecting something that covered just the nipple, I was surprised to find a suction-cup-like device that covered a decent portion of the breast (they measure about 3” x 3”). This extra size, however, helps hold the cups in place. I wear a C cup, and I found the TPR Silicone sleeves secured fairly firmly to my breasts and did not come loose often, even when I moved.

The sleeves are heart-shaped and bright pink, which would not be my personal choice, but I can live with it for what this product delivers. The undersides of the cups are covered with little tickling nubs, and the center of the cup has a raised mound opening for the nipple, which is also covered in nubs. The nubs are not really recognizable as such when you are wearing the cups, but they definitely provide stimulation when the vibrators are turned on.

Attached to the outside center of the cups on these is a sleeve which holds the tiny bullet vibrator. Each bullet takes 2 watch batteries, and 8 are included with the product. The vibrators are much more powerful than you would expect from their size. More importantly, the vibrations carry well through the sleeve, and are not concentrated mostly in the bullets themselves (like the Nipple Luscious Vibrating Suction cups).

Unless you are intensely into breast stimulation, this is likely not a toy that is going to get you off on its own. However, it provides a very pleasant and stimulating tingle that was enough to get me going and enhance my play experience. It is probably the most effective nipple vibrator without clamps that I have yet found. All in all, I got a definite kick out of the Heart Shaped Breast Massagers and would recommend them to anyone who enjoys nipple stimulation without the pain of clamps.
