These clamps are no laughing matter. For the wearer, that is! Your dominant will be in giggling fits when you're rigged up to these heavy-duty, deceptively evil butterfly clamps. Normally, these are used on my nipples, but I've also been subjected to these biting down on my genitals (for a brief period of time, thankfully).

For the discerning, devious dominant, the most fun to be had would be yanking your chain--instantly upping the intensity and closing the clamps even tighter.

Don't use these if you're faint of heart. Just don't let them near you! They are the toughest, meanest clamps I've used, and they were my first. They don't always close/open smoothly, which can be unnerving for the poor wearer, but that's the only issue I've experienced. Because of the punch these clamps pack, and the occasional issue getting them open, I can really only recommend these to hardened pain sluts.

Using these on the genitals, just around and above the clit, feels amazing--because yes, I am one of the aforementioned pain sluts! It's nasty and a huge turn-on. These clamps are constructed almost entirely of metal. Which, by the way, can be VERY cold! Freezing them prior to use could be fun for a sadist, and for sensation/pain sluts alike. The part of the clamps that actually comes into contact with the nipples/genitals/what-have-you is made of rubbery plastic with little bumps to help them better latch onto slippery bits.

The shape is elegant. Though it looks very dungeon-esque, there is a whimsical charm to the shape of the clamps themselves. The chain (measuring in at 19 inches) is smooth and shiny, and has retained these qualities over the years. I feel sexy when I see myself in the mirror with these. They look exotic and put me in a harem girl roleplay kind of mood.

These are designed to pinch upon application but to really heat things up if you tug the chain. This is really fun when you're having sex in doggy position, because the chain swings right along with your breasts. The pleasure/pain mixture is heavenly. The clamps can "stick" once in awhile, meaning they don't open or close as cleanly as I'd like (especially when I want them off NOW!). This doesn't happen terribly often, though, and doesn't detract too much from my enjoyment of owning this toy. Lubricating the hinges might help this minor issue.

I imagine most any nipples will be easily accommodated. I tried it on my male partner's almost non-existent nipples and they fit. The clamps open up quite widely, so they should handle very large nipples as well. Since they fit my guy's non-existent breasts, small-chested women will have no issues. My breasts are quite large and they fit fine, so again--these are truly "one size" clamps.

The pressure is definitely adjustable. You can squeeze the pads shut tightly or lightly. If you only lightly pinch the nipples between the plastic pads, the tug of the chain will feel that much more painful. Be careful when doing this; it pulled the clamps right off and hurt in a decidedly non-erotic way (though no blood was drawn/no marks were left).

You can wash this in hot soapy water, with or without antibacterial soap. You could also use toy cleaner. I would definitely recommend drying these absolutely thoroughly as they are metal and there is significant rust potential. For me, I don't wash them with water every use. I often spray on an organic antibacterial cleanser that evaporates quickly.

I store these in a lightly padded pouch with a zipper. They do clang around a lot if you're worried about someone moving/hitting into/messing with your toy storage, so it's not very discreet unless you keep them segregated from the rest of your toys and padded by thick cloth. They are quite small when all folded up and fit in my hand easily, so they store well and don't take up much room in my toy chest.

These are so strong, I would suggest working up to a few minutes at first. Using clamps anywhere for extended lengths of time can be damaging to the nerve, as they severely restrict blood flow to the area clamped off. The nipples are a concern, but be especially careful when using any clamps on the genitals. If they are marketed as nipple clamps, they exercise even more caution. If you really lose feeling or areas turn purple, you need to get them off right away.
