There are a really good beginner set of nipple clamps (that can really be used anywhere) and provide really good sensations wherever you want to put them. Even for moderate or advanced users of pain and pleasure, we all have a day or week that we don't want it TOO extreme. These are perfect in the sense that they aren't too extreme. And I really like the colors it comes in.
