Pink heart blindfold - headgear by Spartacus - review by Juliettia

I'm ashamed to admit that before this blind fold came in a kink kit I received, we were using tied together socks. So once I opened up my kit to see this lovely pink leathered faux fur lined blindfold, I was overjoyed. Especially because when it comes to things I'm supposed to look sexy while wearing, I couldn't get much cuter than the white heart on the pink blindfold. Not to mention I wouldn't have any more, "Is this sock clean honey?" nights.

I don't like most faux fur items, because the texture feels too rough, but the fur on this one was just right. Pretty soft to the touch with no smell. I rubbed the fur pretty good with a piece of my black shirt to see if it would 'shed'. Only a few little fibers showed up on my shirt, but less than what I had expected. My biggest concern aside from shedding and texture was if it would cause my nose to itch during use, it didn't.

Unlike my makeshift sock blindfold, I didn't have to tie anything to my head to get a nice, but not super tight fit. The Pink Heart Blindfold features an elastic band that is sturdy enough to stretch, (without stretching "out" so far in my experience) around to fit nicely around your head. The soft faux fur fits flush against your eyes without irritating the nose or becoming too hot and sweaty during play. I'm also happy to report that while trying desperately to get my eyes to permanently cross by staring at my nose, I could detect no sign of light. With how easy it was to put on, the Pink Heart Blindfold is also easy to remove without trying to take a bite of your hair out with it.

So it you want something with a feminine touch, like the color pink, want to feel or look cute while blocking out the light comfortably, I'd recommend it. Otherwise I would buy something a little less pink, with the same features.

I'm not sure what happened, but somehow some of the fur lining has come un-stitched from the leather near where the elastic band is sewn in. The leather is too rough without the lining to wear, at least in my experience. I wish this hadn't happened as I really did like this blindfold.
