This product is designed for cock and ball torture. This product is definitely designed with beginners in mind. While it does do what it was designed for at a minimal level, it does not really do much for the balls, and the 3 included rings only allow a little bit of adjustment for the cock.

The design is like many other "gates of hell" devices I have seen, but a little more simplistic using only 2 rings and the leather strap that goes around the balls. The material is a faux leather and is a nicer grade, and it features rubber rings and shinny, silver snaps. This product is pretty well made and seems like it will standup to a lot, especially since while wearing it your options of what you can do in it are limited.

This production did what it was supposed to do; it restricted blood flow to my cock while making it a little bit tight and painful as my erection began to grow in size. The 3 included rings did not include a lot of variety for adjustment and I, someone with a bigger then average cock, may have a few problems with fit. I am also a hairy individual, and getting the leather ring to snap around my balls without grabbing hair was a bit of an issue, but was doable. This being said, it also doesn't allow for the tightest fit around the scrotum. It is a little clunky to put on needs constant adjustment if you're doing it yourself.

A light cleaning afterward is really all that was required during my use. I imagine that it is not completely impossible to have intercourse with this on but it would be a challenge, and if you did it would require a lot more washing after use. Just using it solo for some play it really didn't get very dirty and, after wiping it down and letting it dry, seemed just like new.

The box definitely leaves something to be desired. The flames on the box show a picture of the toy and lists that it is made in the USA, and upon opening it there is a plastic bag containing the leather and a shrink wrapped pack that contains the ring (which is labeled with a sticker "made in China").
