The Faux fur flogger by Eden Toys is a great starter for couples who are just venturing into impact play. This flogger is a great teaser, but can also provide light pain if handled with a heavy hand. Is it less compact than some floggers, so users will have to get used to wielding it, but this should be easy enough to do. Because of the length of this flogger, it's great for distancing one's self from their partner, but, you can get up close and personal with it as well. This flogger is great for both advanced users and beginners because of it's soft and gentleness that it brings to the bedroom, and can be a warm up or a cool down type of flogger.

Because of its size, this flogger may not be great for travel. If you do decide to travel with it, be sure to keep the falls as flat as possible so that they do not become wrinkled and scrunched. The product page says this flogger is 30 inches long, but the particular flogger I received was not. It was a full 1/2 inch off (not including the wrist strap). The flogger falls have 24 black suede strands and 12 faux fur strands, totaling a number of 36. These falls are securely attached to the handle.

Running the suede and faux fur along the back or anywhere else along the body is a great way to tease your partner, and swinging the falls lightly will provide a nice slap along the skin. For a stinging effect, use a heavier hand. The package that came in the mail was a plain, brown cardboard box without content labels or any information as to what might be inside of the box. This box made for extremely discreet shipping. Unless someone looked up "Web Merchants Inc." to discover what they ship out to people, no one would know what this box contained. Inside of the box there were air pillows which kept the flogger from bumping around during shipment. If you want, you can recycle both the box and the air pillows, because they are plastic.

The flogger came in a clear plastic bag. The bag kept the falls from being flung around in transit, but added nothing more to the aesthetics of the flogger. There weren't any instructions, tags or otherwise attached to this flogger, but everything about this instrument of pleasure is self-explanatory. If you would like to gift this flogger to someone, be sure to package it in a nice gift bag or a box so that the falls aren't scrunched up for a long period of time.
