This restraint set from Bad Kitty is great for anyone looking to dabble in some light BDSM. With a collar, wrist cuffs, and flogger, it has everything a beginner could want in a set. While the collar and cuffs will not impress most experienced submissives, they are just right for a first timer. With Velcro straps and cushioned padding, they are non-threatening, as you can easily get yourself out of them, but still offer the experience and exhilaration of restraint and bondage.

The flogger, too, is a good beginner's tool, as this piece is light to handle and made with soft polyurethane falls, which are gentle on the skin. But with a little force behind it, this flogger has some sting. As a matter of fact, we've reached for this toy a few times already. It's fantastic for sensation play and is easy to keep clean.

The Cuffs: Made from padded polyester, both pieces are comfortable to wear and do not cause any chaffing. They secure by a long Velcro strip and will be able to fit most wrists, except for the very petite and the very large. They are big enough to even fit on the average sized woman's ankles. The strap wraps through the center of the cuff, and it is easy enough for the wearer to reach to undo the Velcro. Each cuff has a snap hook, which can be used to secure them together or to attach them to other things. The snap hook can also be reached when wearing them, so your sub will be able to escape at their own will.

The Collar: Like the cuffs, the collar is made from purple polyester and secured with Velcro. It has some cushion and is comfortable to wear. There is a small D-ring in the center that can be used for a leash, or even to attach the wrist cuffs to. Although this collar could be used for play, it is not a collar that any "collared" slave would want to wear.

The Whip: This flogger is a nice small size for those just learning. It's light, so it won't tire out your arm, and the 50 falls are soft and offer a nice, light sting. But if used for a length of time, with a bit of power behind it, this boy can do its job and leave a nice red behind it.

The overall quality of the kit is mediocre, but fine for light players. Those into heavy bondage or play will not find any use for the cuffs and collar, but may find the flogger useful as a warmup toy.

The cuffs and collar are adjustable and comfortable to wear. They are great for light play or for beginners, but don't offer those who are looking for true restraints much. You can easily get yourself out of the cuffs and/or unhook the clasp, no matter what it's hooked on to.

I must say I was impressed with the flogger. Although it doesn't offer a heavy thud or an intense sting, it does feel nice. Very, very nice. It doesn't tire out my Sir's arm, even after extended spankings. The falls feel great while being run along the skin and when they are whipped down.

Made from polyester and polyurethane, these pieces are easy to keep clean, as they shouldn't get too messy. Wipe with a wet cloth and let air dry for all three pieces. Keep them out of the sun so the colors don't fade.
