Great for a Beginner Hood
This is a great hood for a beginner because it is breathable and you can see a bit through the material (which may provide a level of comfort for one's first try). That being said, if you are looking more for sight deprivation, this may not be enough.Published: May 7, 2011

I have used this hood a few times now, and I find it adds to my sensory deprivation experience well. It is easy to put on and comfortable. It is also fun for role play and objectification.

I have continued to wear this hood regularly at play parties. I find it very comfortable and appropriate even for those who may be uneasy about the idea of a hood due to being able to see a bit (outlines mostly). I have offered it to many to try that refused to be hooded before. It remains in the more frequently used storing area of our play bag. I definitely am glad I started out experimenting with hoods using this one - I could not have hoped for anything more comfortable or reassuring for beginner use.
