These cuffs are great to use in any situation where you want your partner to have restricted movement of their arms. They work great to hold a partner's hands together above their head while they are laying down, and they also function well to tie a partner's hands behind their back if you want your partner sitting, standing or kneeling without being able to use their hands. They are a great cuff for any beginner to BDSM play, and they'll work well for more advanced users too. The only people they won't work well for is anyone who wants their cuffs to cause pain as part of their play. These cuffs are incredibly comfortable so they won't work for pain play. However, they are great for lighter bondage play. In conjunction with additional restraints, they are great for more intense bondage play as well. It's going to be really tough for the submissive partner to get out of these cuffs, but because they are held together by a hook instead of a lock, they are easy to take off at any time if desired by either partner.

These cuffs are well designed for their purpose. The neoprene does well as a comfortable restraint that doesn't pinch or rub, but it will still keep a partner from breaking free. There is no smell to the material, and these cuffs are adjustable with strong velcro to fit wrists of any size. I found it to be a good fit for both my smaller than average wrists as well as my partner's slighter larger wrists. They expand quite a bit, so even very large wrists would fit. People with wrists smaller than mine should still fit as well. These cuffs are sturdy and practical, but they have more of a sporty, functional style to them than anything else. I, personally, am a huge fan of the sporty style of these cuffs, but if you are looking for something more fashionable, these are not really designed to be pretty. The cuffs themselves hook together with a metal clip that is firmly attached to the cuff. The metal clip is great since it allows you to un-restrain your partner quickly and easily without having to fight with the velcro. The velcro itself is sturdy and double-layered, so it is difficult to break out of.

This product performed beautifully. I tend to more frequently be the Dom in my relationship, but I do switch a lot between Dom and Sub, and I found that whether I was using the cuffs to restrain my partner, or he was using them to restrain me, they worked very well. They are fairly easy to put on, and that can be done with your partner's hands in front of their body, over their head, or behind their body. I had no trouble putting these cuffs on my partner, and he found it easy to put them on me. The cuffs are comfortable to wear in all positions, and they are impossible for me or my partner to break out of when they were adjusted to fit. I love that they clip together. The clip was convenient since it was hard for the submissive partner to undo but could be undone quickly to release the submissive partner if needed (say if the Sub needed to stop, or the Dom wanted to separate the Sub's arms). This was great for scenarios where the submissive partner (whether it was me or my partner) was sitting, standing, or kneeling with their arms behind their back, and the dominant partner wanted them to lay down. Since it's difficult to lie on your back with your arms behind you, it was easy for the dominant partner to unhook the cuffs, adjust the sub's arms, and then re-hook the cuffs. It was also nice because the hook allowed you to undo the cuffs once the sub had proved themselves to have been "good" enough to allow them more freedom. This was nice since undoing the velcro is not an instant process due to its double-layered design. The double-layering of the velcro made it very strong and suggests that the cuffs will be able to handle a lot of wear and stress over time. The cuffs are designed primarily for hooking a partner's hands together, but the rings on the cuffs used to hook them together could be used to tie a rope through them to tie the submissive partner's hands to something else. I haven't tried this yet, but I'm sure it would work without much trouble at all.

These cuffs are easy to care for. So far I haven't needed to clean them, but neoprene is waterproof, so all it would take is soap and water to clean. They don't come with any form of storage, so I just keep them in the drawer where I keep my entire sex toy collection.

The packaging was a pretty basic cardboard box, and it was not discreet - it had porn stars on the front. It didn't really matter for me because the box was shipped inside a basic, nondescript cardboard box. Overall though, the packaging was pretty minimal. No instructions came with the package, and none were really necessary.

My experience with these cuffs has been absolutely fantastic. They were offered at a great price that was inexpensive for my first set of restraints, and they are well made, functional, and despite their basic, sporty look, I do find them attractive. I enjoyed being the Dom - using them to restrain my partner and tie him to a chair - and when I moved him to the bed, it was easy for me to unhook the cuffs briefly to allow him to change the position of his arms and then re-hook them. When he was dominating me and I had the cuffs on, I found them to be very comfortable, but impossible to break out of. They have a firm hold that makes you constantly aware that they are there. Both my partner and I enjoyed both wearing them and using them on each other. It made for a great experience. If you are looking for an affordable, quality cuff to use for bondage or BDSM play, you really can't find a better deal than this set of cuffs.
